Short Artist Bio:
Jose Torres-Tama is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art published his art book called "New Orleans Free People of Color & Their Legacy," which documents his portraits of 19th century Creoles of color. The book was made possible through a publication award by the Joan Mitchell Foundation.
